GOD'S PROMISES - CONTENT

God doesn't always answer our prayers when and how we want Him to. Sometimes our prayers are answered in stages.

For instance, you may be praying for a big promotion on your job. You may be given more responsibilities and duties, but not promoted to the new job that you are praying for. This can be very frustrating. You are doing the work but not receiving the title or pay.

Pray and ask God to help you to be content while He is working out all the details to bring you to that promotion. Whether it is on your current job or He is preparing another place for you to go where the new duties will help you to be ready for your transition to what He has in store for you.
