GOD'S PROMISES - I AM

It is normal in life as we go about our day to make negative comments about unpleasant situations in our life.

"I am fat, I am broke, I am dumb, I am sick, I am ugly, I am …."

When we make these comments about our life, it only opens the door and allows the negativity to come in.

Instead of making negative comments regarding our life, we need to turn it around and make positive comments.  This will open the door and allow positive outcomes to occur in our life.

"I am the perfect weight, I am prosperous, I am smart, I am healthy, I am attractive, I am....."

GOD'S PROMISES - NEUTRAL

It is important to remain neutral when you are in a position of power.

You may be a manager and you are dealing with an employee that you like as a person but the employee does not have the skills or capabilities to complete the daily tasks that are required of the position.

You can't ignore the issues that occurring because you don't want to hurt the person's feelings or see them get in any trouble; and, at the same time as frustration as the situation may be, you can't be mean, or condescending to the employee because of their shortcomings.

Pray and ask God to keep you neutral and to help you do your job as a manager according to His will.
