In today's world with all of the tragedies and destruction going on around us, it is so easy to become sad, depressed and fearful of living our lives and going about our daily routines.
Pray and ask God to help you through these difficult times. God is not the author of fear. He does not want you to shut yourself off from the world and be scared to live an active life.
Ask God for His strength to make it through everyday and to live your life to the fullest.
