It is unreasonable to think we will go through life without making any mistakes. Sometimes you think you are doing the right thing and it turns out to be a mistake. Other times you know you are doing something that you shouldn't but just can't make yourself stop.
Turn to God with all your mistakes and ask Him to help you overcome them. He has a way of sometimes making miracles out of our mistakes.
